Default path: your records, transactions, and stock are written straight to your own Google Drive or Sheets, and we never see the contents. Prefer no Google? Pick Apptify Cloud: your data is stored encrypted, only you can access it, and you can take it out anytime. Our servers only hold what's needed to run the service.

Secure by design, from day one.
Where your data lives
You choose. Default path (recommended): your business data is written to your own Google Sheets or Drive, and we never see the contents. Optional Apptify Cloud path: for instant deploy with no Google, your data is stored encrypted on our servers, accessible only to you. Beyond the content you entrust to Apptify Cloud, our servers only hold system data, accounts, subscriptions, template metadata, and security logs.
Minimal Google access
We request only the drive.file scope, a non-sensitive permission that grants access solely to files the app creates. Apptify cannot see any other files in your Google Drive. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Technical safeguards
In-transit encryption (HTTPS/HSTS), security headers, input validation, CSRF protection, and role-based access control (RBAC). Important activity is recorded in an audit log.
Portability is a promise, not a feature
Your data is always yours to take. Export it raw to Excel, CSV, or JSON with no Google needed, or move it to your own Google Drive in one click. Revoke Google access anytime, and delete your Apptify Cloud data permanently whenever you want. No lock-in, ever.
