If you choose Apptify Cloud, your data is stored encrypted on our servers, only you can access it, and you can export or delete it anytime. Otherwise we only store system data like accounts and subscriptions.

Only drive.file, a non-sensitive scope that limits access to files Apptify itself creates. We can't read other files in your Drive.

Refunds are issued as store credit usable within the Apptify ecosystem, not cash withdrawals. Anti-abuse terms apply.

Nothing happens to your data, because it was never with us. Everything lives in your own Google Sheets and Drive, readable with or without Apptify. That is the whole point of the architecture.
